As part of our international and experienced team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment as Ship IT Coordinator. We offer a varied and interesting position in our internal IT department. As Ship IT Coordinator you will coordinate the entire IT services for our managed fleet.

You will provide an efficient and professional IT service to our managed fleet of river cruise vessels. Your professionalism in first level support will be important in your daily work. You will use your knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. In addition, you will provide daily user support for the material management, crew management and nautical software we use, including online, telephone and on-site user onboard training throughout Europe. Your daily tasks will also include managing users and groups in the Active Directory, procuring hardware and software and managing the hardware and software inventory including licences.

It would be an advantage if you have a degree in Computer Science or are a career changer with a broad range of skills and solid work experience. You will be familiar with the hardware structure of PCs and servers and will be confident in coordinating with third party IT partners, head office and our vessels.

You will always be available to our crew on board and our colleagues on shore. In our environment, you can make full use of your previous experience and discover and learn many new things. You will be based in Cologne. We will support you with internal and external knowledge transfer.
