As a service- and customer-orientated IT specialist, you ensure efficient and professional IT services within the River Advice Group. Your professionalism in first level support in everyday working life is particularly important to you. Your expertise covers Windows 11, Exchange Online and Azure Active Directory.

You are responsible for the administration of user, network and access rights and configure and maintain our Azure Active Directory. You are also very familiar with mobile device management. You have an independent way of working and can communicate well with different stakeholders in an international environment in German and English. You work in a structured and reliable manner. A high level of commitment is a matter of course for you.

As a team player, you are actively involved in IT projects and independently maintain the IT documentation. Your cooperation with our external IT partners is exemplary. You also enjoy evaluating hardware and software and managing the inventory of PCs and notebooks.
