Elevate your career in technical administration by stepping into the position of a Repair & Maintenance Coordinator within our dynamic team. You will thrive in a technical environment, playing a key role in a team dedicated to ensuring the continuous supply of our fleet and keeping our vessels on their course. You will work closely with technical inspectors, captains, and engineers to ensure smooth coordination between our office and the ships. Your commitment to efficient communication is evident in everything you do, from coordinating repairs to monitoring follow-up inspections.

Your responsibilities will include managing repair orders and maintaining an up-to-date database with contact information and device lists. In addition, you will check technical quotes and invoices for accuracy and ensure smooth transactions with our supplier network. You can also complete your administrative tasks from home 1–2 times a week, in consultation with the team.

Education in the technical and/or commercial area gives you the necessary tools for this position. Your careful and independent way of working combined with your sense of humour set you apart. You communicate fluent in German and English and have a good knowledge of French.
