Elevate your career in technical administration by stepping into the position of a Repair & Maintenance Coordinator within our dynamic team. You will thrive in a technical environment, playing a key role in a team dedicated to ensuring the continuous supply of our fleet and keeping our vessels on their course. Working closely with Corporate Engineers, Captains and Engineers, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring seamless interaction between our office ships. Your commitment to efficient communication is evident in everything you do, from coordinating repairs to overseeing follow-up inspections.

Your responsibilities include managing repair orders and maintaining an up-to-date database of contact information and equipment inventories. Each month, you will compile and present the fleet financial summary to the Director of Technical Operations. As well as managing paperwork, you will check technical quotations and invoices for accuracy, facilitating smooth transactions with our network of suppliers.

Education in the technical and/or commercial area gives you the necessary tools for this position. Your careful and independent way of working combined with your sense of humour set you apart. You communicate fluent in German and English and can assert yourself where necessary.
