As part of our international and experienced team, you will have the opportunity to work as a Ship IT Coordinator in a cooperative and supportive environment. We offer a varied and interesting position in our internal IT department. As Ship IT Coordinator, you will coordinate all IT services for our managed fleet.

You will provide first and second level IT support for our ships in the Netherlands, Germany, and other European ports. You will solve hardware, software, and connection problems both remotely and on board. You will act as an important point of contact for the ship crews and be in regular contact with external IT suppliers and service providers. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the procurement and inventory of IT equipment. You will be part of a rotating support roster, which also includes occasional evening or weekend shifts.

You have a degree in information technology or a related field. You work independently, but are also a reliable team player and have very good communication skills in English – German skills are an advantage.
Frequent travel within Europe is no problem for you, and you have a valid class B driver’s license. You also have a valid work permit for Germany and live in the Cologne area.
