As a Repair & Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee repairs, maintenance, and dry-docking for our ships and coordinate technical work reliably, efficiently, and with an eye on the budget.

Your responsibilities:

  • Processing Ship Repair Reports
  • Recording and managing reported defects and damage in the database
  • Management of winter maintenance, shipyard appointments, certification work, investments, and refits
  • Price and delivery date inquiries to European suppliers
  • Budgeting for winter maintenance and contracting out the work in consultation with corporate engineers and fleet managers
  • Schedule and budget monitoring, invoice verification

Your profile:

  • Completed business training
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: nautical, technical, food service, purchasing, or scheduling
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English; French is preferred; Hungarian or Romanian is a plus
  • Good computer skills
  • A precise, efficient, and independent work style
  • Identifying and setting meaningful priorities
