As a Repair & Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee repairs, maintenance, and dry-docking for our ships and coordinate technical work reliably, efficiently, and with an eye on the budget.
Your responsibilities:
- Processing Ship Repair Reports
- Recording and managing reported defects and damage in the database
- Management of winter maintenance, shipyard appointments, certification work, investments, and refits
- Price and delivery date inquiries to European suppliers
- Budgeting for winter maintenance and contracting out the work in consultation with corporate engineers and fleet managers
- Schedule and budget monitoring, invoice verification
Your profile:
- Completed business training
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: nautical, technical, food service, purchasing, or scheduling
- Excellent knowledge of German and English; French is preferred; Hungarian or Romanian is a plus
- Good computer skills
- A precise, efficient, and independent work style
- Identifying and setting meaningful priorities
