Seize the opportunity and become a part of the STARLING FLEET. Be an indispensable support for our managers as a Quality Coordinator. In this position, you can really shine and make the most of your versatile skills.

As part of our team, you will play a key role in supporting the Product and Quality Manager in implementing and ensuring our quality standards. Your tasks will include carrying out operational quality controls both on board and ashore. You will act as an important interface between the tour operator and internal departments such as Nautical, Technical, and Hotel Operations to ensure that quality requirements are communicated. In Additionm, you will coordinate technical and nautical work on board. You will collect and forward feedback from the tour operators to support continuous improvement measures. You will also help to maintain and update documentation and reports. Performing on-call duties according to the duty schedule – including outside regular office hours – is part of your professional flexibility. Regular trips to our ships along the European rivers, such as the Danube, the Rhine, or the Seine, round off your varied area of responsibility.

You have completed training or have several years of experience in tourism, the hotel industry or related areas. You already have initial experience in operational quality or service management, ideally in the cruise or hospitality industry, and understand the operational processes on board. You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner and impress with your strong communication skills, organizational talent and team spirit. It goes without saying that you are confident in using common Office programs such as Word and Excel. You have very good written and spoken German and English skills, Dutch and French are an advantage. You are also willing to travel regularly within Europe.
