As Maitre d’Hotel, you will be the conductor of our service orchestra, responsible for orchestrating all service on board, including the bar and restaurant. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a high level of service orientation and professional guest care, setting the tone for impeccable service standards. You will be responsible for the implementation and training of service protocols as well as cost control, ordering and stock management. You will also play a key role in ensuring that all HACCP requirements are met, upholding our commitment to safety and hygiene.

Your educational background should encompass a completed apprenticeship or specialized training in Food and Beverage, providing you with a solid foundation in service excellence. This educational foundation will equip you with the essential knowledge and skills to excel in our dynamic environment. 

In terms of experience, we require a minimum of 3 years of professional involvement in a comparable position. This tenure will serve as a testament to your expertise in F&B service and your ability to thrive in a role that demands excellence.

Moreover, you should possess professional technology skills, including the proficient handling of internal tools such as computerized cash registers. These skills are vital in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.

Effective communication is paramount in our diverse environment. You should demonstrate professional communication skills in English. These language skills will enable you to interact seamlessly with our diverse clientele and team members, fostering positive relationships and ensuring smooth operations.

As a Maitre d’Hotel, you’ll be expected to exhibit strong leadership skills, work cohesively as part of a team, and showcase your expertise in service. Your leadership will serve as a model, setting the standard for your team’s performance and dedication.
