Your responsibilities:
- Support in accounts payable for various clients
- Review, Validation, and Posting of Incoming Vendor Invoices
- Entry, maintenance, and updating of vendor and master data in the SAP system
- Supporting the Finance Team in its day-to-day operations
- Help with the Document Management System
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in business
- A knack for numbers
- Previous experience in financial or accounts payable accounting is a plus
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Independent, reliable, and meticulous work style
- Quick comprehension and the ability to think holistically
- A team-oriented person with a hands-on approach
