As part of our international and experienced team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment as IT Support Specialist. We offer a varied and interesting position in our internal IT department. As IT Support Specialist you will oversee the entire IT infrastructure in our headquarters in Basel.

You will ensure an efficient and professional IT service within the River Advice Group. Your professionalism in first and second level support is important in your daily work. You will use your knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. You will also manage user access rights to various programs and manage our mobile device management system. In some cases, you will work closely with external ICT service providers.
We are constantly evolving and value your IT skills. You will be happy to contribute your knowledge and experience to existing and future projects and be part of project groups. It goes without saying that you will keep the IT documentation up to date.

It would be an advantage if you have a degree in computer science. You have knowledge of the hardware structure of PCs servers and Microsoft 365 services. You have extensive knowledge of configuring, analyzing and troubleshooting IT systems and understand ITIL principles. You will put your knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN) and your experience of storage systems to good use. Your skills in cloud data synchronization are solid, as is your knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services and web server technologies.

You work independently and autonomously and are able to communicate well in German and English with various stakeholders in an international environment. You work in a structured and reliable manner. A high level of commitment is a matter of course for you.
