As a Hotel Manager, you’ll be at the helm of our operations, overseeing all departments on board. You will be responsible for efficiently reviewing purchase orders, managing inventory and implementing cost control strategies. In addition, your role will involve upholding our commitment to safety by overseeing all aspects of HACCP. Ensuring the satisfaction of our valued guests and dedicated crew members will be your ultimate responsibility.

Your educational background should include the successful completion of a college or vocational training course in hotel management. This solid foundation will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in our dynamic environment.
In terms of experience, we require a minimum of 8 years’ professional involvement in F&B (Food and Beverage) related departments. Your extensive experience will demonstrate your in-depth understanding of the industry and your ability to effectively navigate its complexities.
In addition, a high level of professional computer skills at ICDL (International Computer Driving Licence) level is essential. In today’s digital age, these skills are essential for efficient management and communication within our operations.

Effective communication is paramount in our diverse environment. You should have proven professional communication skills in German. These language skills will enable you to interact seamlessly with our diverse clientele and crew members, fostering positive relationships and ensuring smooth operations.
Your in-depth understanding of all HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) related issues is non-negotiable. This knowledge is the cornerstone of our commitment to safety and hygiene standards, which are paramount in the hospitality industry.
