In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing our galley crew and taking full ownership of all galley activities. It’s crucial that you keep our team motivated, level-headed, and committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. In addition, you are responsible for the stock management and food cost, for implementing all galley and food standards and to make sure the compliance with all HACCP requirements.

You have a good command of German and/or English, have at least 4 years of professional experience in a comparable position, an in-depth knowledge of the menu and all food items and a professional knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley.
