Your responsibilities – Shape the future of River Advice:
- Overall responsibility for the operational implementation and further development of all HR processes and projects within the River Advice Group.
- Management and development of the HR team
- Ensuring efficient processes and implementation of Group guidelines.
- Implementation of personnel planning and recruitment for crew and shore-based staff
- Further development of the internal talent hub
- Optimisation of personnel deployment planning and cost control
- Design and implementation of salary structures, career paths and incentive systems.
- Responsibility for payroll, benefits and social security programmes.
- Harmonisation and digitisation of HR processes within River Advice.
- Contact person for labour law issues and trade unions.
- Development and implementation of training, development and junior programmes.
- Maintenance and updating of the organisational structure and employee master data.
- Preparation and monitoring of the HR budget as well as introduction of cost controlling and reporting.
Your profile – What you bring to the table:
- Several years of operational HR management experience, ideally in an international environment.
- Experience in implementing HR projects and change processes.
- Very good knowledge of HR IT systems and data management.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and team leadership skills.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English (business language).
