We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chief Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team and bring The Celebrity Way to life through excellence, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
As Chief Housekeeper, you will oversee all housekeeping operations onboard, ensuring our staterooms, public areas, and crew spaces consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and public health compliance. Combining operational expertise with inspiring leadership, you will guide and develop your team while creating a welcoming environment for both guests and crew.
From managing housekeeping operations and inventory to driving guest satisfaction and supporting crew development, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional onboard experience our guests expect from Celebrity River Cruises.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous management experience in Housekeeping within a hotel, resort, river cruise vessel, or cruise environment
• Previous river cruise experience is highly preferred
• Cruise ship experience will also be considered an advantage
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, sanitation, and public health standards
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing budgets, inventories, and operational performance
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
