We are looking for a talented and versatile Chef Tournant to join our Galley team and help deliver the outstanding cuisine and elevated hospitality that define The Celebrity Way. Through your flexibility and commitment to excellence, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
As Chef Tournant, you will support multiple kitchen sections, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and food safety. Working closely with the culinary leadership team, you will contribute to daily food production, support operational excellence, and help maintain a seamless galley operation.
From preparing exceptional dishes and supporting different culinary areas to maintaining HACCP standards and inventory control, you will be an essential part of the team delivering outstanding dining experiences throughout every voyage.
What We’re Looking For
• A minimum of 5 years of culinary experience in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, river cruise vessel, or banquet operation
• At least 2 years of experience as a Chef Tournant
• Previous river cruise experience is preferred
• Cruise ship experience will also be considered an advantage
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and international cuisine
• Sound understanding of HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and inventory control
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Experience working in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
• Good English communication skills
