Description

It’s time to become one of us. Our employees are what keep us afloat and we would love you to become part of our team!

In your new role, you will be responsible for supporting the RadiantFleet crewing software. This includes creating templates for contracts and wage calculations, managing interfaces, and entering additional data so that the software is always up to date and the departments can work with the software in the best possible way. You will also work with the departments to create requirement catalogues for the further development of the system and test the new features once they have been completed. Coordinating with the software supplier as a partner is also one of your tasks.

You’re the right candidate for us if you have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a bachelor’s degree in economics and already have some work experience in human resources or application management. You are also characterised by your assertiveness and your ability to communicate fluently in German and English. You also enjoy working independently in an international team.

We offer you a well-founded induction to the job and a varied range of tasks in a vibrant industry, office space directly at the SBB railway station in Basel, long-term development opportunities within the UNITED WATERWAYS Group as well as a collegial, international, and experienced team in an expanding company.
